Founder

Tarun brings hands-on experience from the skill development ecosystem, having worked closely with training partners, employers, and workers across sectors. Over the past few years, he has facilitated the placement of 12,000+ candidates into meaningful jobs in healthcare, construction, and service industries.

An alumnus of IIT Kanpur and FMS Delhi, he started StellarWork to solve a simple but pressing challenge — how to make hiring more reliable for employers, and more dignified for workers. His approach blends data-driven assessments with a deep understanding of real-world workforce challenges.
